1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Anested Labs Private Limited ("Anested," "we," "us"), including Anested Analytics (analytics.anested.com) and Anested Infrastructures (infra.anested.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Anested provides web analytics, SEO analysis, AI-powered insights, AI chatbot creation, Meta Ads management, WhatsApp/Instagram auto-reply, and related digital infrastructure services through subscription-based plans.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including a valid phone number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing trial offers.

4. Subscription & Billing

Plans: All subscription plans are billed monthly via autopay. The monthly charge will be automatically debited from your registered payment method on each billing cycle.

Autopay Mandate: By subscribing, you authorize Anested (via Razorpay) to automatically debit the plan amount (up to the autopay limit of ₹2,000/month) from your registered payment method each billing cycle. This mandate remains active until you cancel your subscription.

Trial Plans: Trial plans are one-time offers. A small activation fee may apply. After the trial period ends, your subscription automatically converts to the selected paid plan at the stated monthly rate. The same domain cannot be used across multiple trial accounts.

Plan Changes: You may upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. No Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By making any payment — including trial activation fees, monthly subscription charges, autopay debits, or any other fees — you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • Trial activation fees are non-refundable regardless of whether you use the service
  • Monthly charges that have been debited are non-refundable even if you cancel mid-cycle
  • Autopay charges are non-refundable once debited
  • You have agreed to this no-refund policy before proceeding with payment

If you wish to stop being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any past billing period.

6. Payment Agreement

Before completing any payment or setting up autopay, you explicitly agree to:

  • These Terms & Conditions in their entirety
  • The no-refund policy stated above
  • The recurring autopay mandate at the plan's stated price
  • The trial-to-paid conversion at the end of any trial period

Your agreement is recorded at the time of payment and constitutes a binding acceptance of these terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the platform
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit trial offers
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

8. AI-Generated Content

Our AI features (chat, insights, auto-reply, bots) provide suggestions and generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content. Anested does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, access to paid features ends at the end of the current billing period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anested Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the registered office location of Anested Labs Private Limited.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
